I was running this morning. It was strange as my feet called me to run barefoot on the grass. So I was running barefoot on a meadow feeling this wonderful connection with the Mother Earth. Than I was sitting on the meadow. And suddenly some words came to me. I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.
The words have power. Especially these words. We know these words since we are kids and learn a meaning of them. Sometimes our parents explain us the importance of these words and how these words remain important to us through the entire life. And we relatively quickly learn that these words sometimes are not easy to express. We often forget them or exchange to some different words or expressions.
I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you are included in a Ho’oponopono practice – a Hawaian forgiveness practice. Ho’oponopono clears emotions attached to different situations, events, people. It can be various events, past or present. It is easy because you only need to feel and speak these words energetically to a person or a situation. Everything is happening on an energetic level and this is an energetic flow: I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.
The only thing is to feel it in the heart and send it from the heart. The power lies in the willingness to forgive, to be grateful and to love. And if we could act from this energy every day? Is it possible? Yes, especially now... we see what is happening on the Earth with raising the vibrations of love and gratitude.
What lies beneath?
I am sorry – peace, peacemaking. We are responsible for everything what is happening in our life. Relations, talks, emotions, diets, no diets, friendships, judgements, body… everything. Nothing is an outside thing even if we think so. Starting a process of saying to yourself I am sorry opens an energetic space, gives awareness to any situation, thought, and is very powerful. Only being aware that everything is inside of us makes I am sorry being a natural process.
Please forgive me – forgiveness. Forgiving yourself. And forgiving others. But first of all yourself. This is a beginning. If we learn to forgive ourselves we will able to forgive others. Forgiveness is a powerful energy. However, it is difficult as we keep ourselves in our convictions, points of views, judgements, failures, mistakes, emotions… Through forgiveness we do not create toxic limitations and barriers between us and the world. Forgiveness brings lightness in the heart and the body. Forgiveness is a release and freedom from limiting judgements.
Thank you – gratitude. Being grateful to your body for everything it does for us. Gratitude for this who I am. Gratitude to the Earth for allowing us to be here, to live using all Her gifts. Gratitude to the Universe, Source, God, Buddha... you name it – no matter who and what you believe in. And gratitude to everything and everyone who has led us to where we are.
I love you – love. Say it to yourself, to your body. I love you to the place you live in, the Earth, I love you to all your challenges, jobs, people around you. When saying I love you, feel it and embrace it. Love is the most powerful energy.
And that’s it. Simple? Simple. It’s now time to invite these words to your life. This simple practice makes wonders in every day life.
I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.
